Terms of Service — Quotes, Payment, QC

These terms are between you and Hebei Nomo Technology Co., Ltd. (trading as Nomo Headwear), registered in Xiong'an, Hebei, China, at Xiong'an Area, China (Hebei) Pilot Free Trade Zone. Contact: [email protected].

1. Quotes and orders

Written quotes are valid for 14 days. The minimum order quantity is 25 pcs per style, in a single color. Colors are not mixed within one minimum. Bulk production starts only after you approve the physical sample.

2. Payment

We accept T/T, PayPal and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Standard terms are a 50% deposit to start production, with the balance paid before shipment. The pre-production sample is provided free of charge with your production order.

3. Lead times

Samples ship in 7-10 working days after artwork approval. Bulk production takes 15-20 days after sample approval; very large or craft-heavy runs may take longer, and we confirm the schedule in writing before you pay the deposit.

4. Quality and claims

Every order passes AQL 1.5 inspection before individual packing. Quality claims must be raised within 14 days of receipt, with photos of the affected pieces. We repair, replace or refund confirmed defects.

5. Artwork and intellectual property

You confirm that any logo or artwork you submit is yours or that you are authorized to use it. We will not reproduce trademarked material without written authorization. Your designs remain your property; our sampling techniques, templates and factory know-how remain ours.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profits or missed launch dates). Our total liability for any order is limited to the order value.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We will always try to settle disputes amicably first — email us and a human will reply within 24 hours.
