Baseball Cap questions
The four things buyers ask before they send artwork for a baseball cap run.
No — the 25 pcs minimum applies per style and per colour, so two designs means two runs of 25. What you can do is order one design first, wear-test it, then add the second to the same production slot at no extra setup cost.
A pre-production sample is free with a bulk order — you cover the courier. If you only want a sample with no bulk order behind it, we charge the unit price plus freight. Either way you see the real fabric, the real stitch count and the real colour before anything is cut.
One seam. A 6-panel crown has two front panels meeting at a centre seam; a 5-panel has a single unbroken front panel. Wide wordmarks and big 3D puff designs read better across an unbroken panel, while a centre seam gives a 6-panel its classic structured look — and gives you two extra places to put embroidery.
Sampling runs 7–10 working days, production runs 15–20 working days from your approval of the sample. Freight is quoted separately and runs ex-factory, so you can use our forwarder or your own. Nothing ships before the AQL 1.5 inspection clears and you have the photo and video proof.
